The volume Changan UNI-T export trim: 188 PS turbo petrol, 7-speed DCT and a 20-inch coupe-SUV stance.

High-altitude and hot-climate specification UNI-T: 233 PS 2.0T paired with an 8-speed Aisin torque-converter automatic.

The best-selling Changan UNI-V export spec: 1.5T fastback sedan, 380 L boot, 51 L tank and hidden door handles.

Performance flagship of the UNI-V line: 233 PS, 390 Nm, 8-speed Aisin automatic and a 215 km/h top speed.

Plug-in hybrid UNI-V with 136 km CLTC electric range and 1,160 km combined range — the fleet answer where fuel is expensive.
Pick the body first. The UNI-T is a 1,565 mm-tall coupe SUV with 1,050 litres of folded load space — the right car for unsealed roads, dealer showrooms and government pools. The UNI-V is a 1,430 mm fastback sedan with a 380 litre boot and the lower fuel burn — the right car for ride-hailing, corporate fleets and airport transfer.
Then pick the driveline. The 1.5T with the wet 7-speed DCT is the volume answer at roughly 6.1 to 6.5 L/100 km. Switch to the 2.0T with the Aisin 8-speed automatic above about 2,000 m of altitude or wherever the car will crawl in traffic all day. Choose the UNI-V iDD only where petrol is above roughly USD 1.20 a litre and drivers can charge overnight — otherwise it never pays back its premium.
