Changan UNI export services
We do three things: turn an enquiry into a fixed-price proforma invoice, get the destination conformity certificate issued before the vessel sails, and put the cars on the right vessel, container or train. Everything below is included in the FOB or CIF price rather than billed separately, except the third-party inspection fee, which is passed through at cost.
Export process, documents and Incoterms

What is included in a Changan UNI export quotation?
Six things, and the list does not change between customers. If a competing quotation is materially cheaper, check which of these it leaves out — inspection and conformity certification are the two most commonly stripped to make a number look better.
- Proforma invoice, same working day
- FOB and CIF side by side, with the lead time, inspection body and conformity certificate all named on the document.
- Pre-shipment inspection
- SGS, Intertek or Bureau Veritas at the Chongqing loading yard. Roughly USD 180-320 per unit, and it doubles as the PVoC or SONCAP inspection where the destination needs one.
- Conformity certification
- SONCAP (Nigeria), PVoC (Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda), SABER (Saudi Arabia), ECAS (UAE), EAC TR CU 018/2011 (EAEU). Arranged before loading, never after.
- Freight booking
- Ro-Ro vehicle slots, 40HQ container consolidation, and the China-Europe rail block train out of Chongqing via Khorgos.
- Marine insurance
- All-risks Institute Cargo Clauses (A) rather than the CIF minimum. The premium difference on a single vehicle is a few tens of dollars — the cheapest line on the whole shipment.
- Document set on handover
- Bill of lading, commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, conformity certificate and the manufacturer warranty card.
What do we not do?
We do not clear customs at the destination, we do not register vehicles, and we do not finance purchases. Import clearance is the buyer’s obligation under both FOB and CIF; we supply every document that clearance depends on, but a local clearing agent has to file it. We also do not sell used units, converted right-hand-drive cars, or grey-market stock sourced outside the Changan distribution network.
