Privacy policy

This policy covers Changan UNI Global B2B Car Export Hub. It says what we collect, why, how long we keep it and how to get rid of it. We do not sell enquiry data and we do not share it with anyone outside the shipment.

What we collect

Two things, and nothing else.

• Enquiry data you type into a form: name, company, email, WhatsApp number, destination country and port, quantity, order type and your free-text requirements. All of it is optional except name, email and destination, without which we cannot quote.
• Anonymous usage analytics: Analytics are currently disabled on this site. If they are enabled, this section will name the provider.

We do not use advertising cookies, we do not run remarketing pixels, and we do not build profiles across other sites.

Why we collect it

To answer your enquiry and, if it becomes an order, to execute the shipment. The legal basis is the performance of a contract or the steps taken at your request before entering one. Analytics are collected on the basis of legitimate interest in understanding which pages are useful.

Who we share it with

Only the parties a shipment needs: the manufacturer or its distribution arm to place the allocation, the inspection body you appoint, the freight forwarder or shipping line, the insurer, and the certification body issuing your conformity certificate. Each receives the minimum needed for its role. Nobody buys our enquiry list, because it is not for sale.

How long we keep it

• Enquiries that do not become orders: 24 months, then deleted.
• Order and shipping records: 10 years, because export, customs and warranty obligations require it.
• Analytics: 14 months, at the provider default retention.

Your rights

Email [email protected] and ask for a copy of what we hold, a correction, or deletion. We respond within 30 days. Deletion requests for data tied to a completed shipment are honoured to the extent the retention obligations above allow — we will tell you exactly what we cannot delete and why.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own. If analytics are enabled, the provider sets its own first-party cookies for session measurement; blocking them in your browser does not affect any functionality here.

Changes

Material changes will be reflected in the last-updated date at the top of this page. There is no mailing list to notify, because we do not run one.
